Might want to check with the manufacturer of the RAM. Most of 'em do lifetime warranty on their stuff, so it should be a small issue to get it replaced.

Sounds like some chips were faulty on the module. You might have to shell out $10-15 for shipping, but hey... it's cheaper than $100+ for another DIMM.
