caraigVerizon now says it'll be 2-4 days before my precious, precioussss DSL is back and working. At least. Could be longer. They have to replace a switch. At least they're not giving me the 'You are too far from the CO, you loose!' excuse anymore.
In other news, the really keen warning sign is borrowed from the ANDART site of Anders Sandberg who has a whole mess of fascinating transhuman-era warning signs. I think I need to post the 'Chaotic System' sign somewhere at work....
