I am posting form work, so I don't have a lot of time. Called telco Sunday, was told it would be back up Monday. Called Monday, was told it would be back up Wednesday. Called this morning, was told that the trouble ticket was closed (this is my 'surprised' face; no, really) and that AT&T wold try to 'reset the line' and that I should unplug all the phones for 5 minutes then plug them back in.
In all my llife, I have never seen a telco screw up to this level. I don't know what I can do now, except keep calling them. Is that even doing anything? I don't know.
