I watched the video. I am absolutely stunned and floored. I'm speechless. This has got to be a prank. No, seriously. If it isn't it's just even more pathetic. My roomate just said that FOX 11 just got trolled bigtime, and I agree.
Seriously, this demonstrates a stunning lack of fact-checking on the part of FOX 11. I mean, dude! Some of the screenshots were from 4chan! If you look closely you'll see LOLcats! And WTF is up with that stock footage of an exploding van?!
This is either gross incompetence or outright fearmongering. It's bloody sad. If I wasn't laughing so hard I'd be bemoaning the collapse of civilization.
Edit: In honor of this example of (yellow) journalism, the Stock Footage Exploding Van has become one of my new icons.
