Gamin', Workin', Livin'

I've picked up Crackization -- er, Civilization IV and will be giving it a spin -- I so remember how late I would stay up at night playing that when I first got my first computer. So far, there seem to be quite a few improvements, even though it, oddly, brings my computer to it's knees. Yet another game that does that.
I also gave in and am giving EVE Online a spin with their 14 day free trial. It reminds me like an incredibly hugnormous X - Beyond the Frontier not to mention such classics as Elite. And the playerbase seems a bit more mature than those of the other MMO's I've played. We'll see.
Other than that, nothing new. Work proceedes apace and it's good to be out of the holiday season. There are a lot of scary-wierd people here. The customers... well, one person I talked with said that people were a lot more uptight this year than in other years.
